1. Do I have to make a reservation for an access to the Nordic spa?
Yes, always make a reservation.
2. How many days before should I make a reservation?
For body treatments, please make a reservation at least 3-4 days before. For an access to the Nordic spa, please make a reservation at least one day before, or call us to know our availability.
3. What should I bring with me?
Please bring a bathing suit and slippers. Two towels, a bottle of water and a locker key will be provided at check-in. For those who purchased a package, a dressing gown will also be provided. If needed, you may rent a dressing gown @ $6 and a bathing suit @ $5. You may also buy a pair of slippers @ $4.
4. How long does an access to the Nordic spa lasts?
An access to the Nordic spa lasts about 3 hours. If you purchased a package, the duration may vary according to the treatments chosen. You have to expect some time for the baths and some time for your treatments.
5. Can I eat on site?
Yes. At our licensed Café Bistro, you may enjoy a complete meal, pastries, drinks, etc. Many of our packages include a meal at our Café Bistro.
6. Can I get an insurance receipt?
All our massotherapists can give a receipt to anyone receiving a massage.
7. Do I have to be completely naked to get a massage?
You will feel more confortable to get a massage without any clothes. However, our therapists will respect your choice. All our treatments are provided in a professional manner with the utmost respect.
8. Can pregnant women access the Nordic spa?
Nordic spas are contra-indicated for pregnant women, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor.
9. If I'm pregnant, can I get body treatments or massages?
Our therapists are trained to provide a massage to pregnant women. The massage can not be provided until the 12th week of pregnancy. It can be provided afterwards, through the pregnancy, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor. However, body cares (wraps and exfoliations) are contra-indicated, as they are all provided with essential oils.
When making a reservation, please mention the number of weeks of your pregnancy.
10. If I'm under medication, can I access the Nordic spa or get a body treatment?
As for the Nordic spas, this activity might be risky for people with cardiovascular diseases, high or low blood pressure, diabetes or pulmonary diseases, especially when deemed severe and unstable. If you are unsure of your health condition, please consult your doctor.
Body cares are usually safe, except for certain diseases such as cancer (active or in remission).

11. Do you have a reservation and cancellation policy?
When making a reservation for an access to the Nordic spa, no warranty is required. When making a reservation for body cares and packages, a warranty by credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX) is required. You have 48 hours to cancel or modify a reservation without penalty. In the event you don't show up to an appointment, 50% of the fees will be charged to your credit card.
